A quick, personalised consultation, perfect for exploring your skin’s needs and getting to know the basics. Guided by the Prep, Treat, and Seal framework, your store associate will walk you through mini demonstrations so you can build a simple, step-by-step regimen tailored to your skincare goals.

Advanced Personalised Skincare Journey | 20 minutes
A more comprehensive consultation for those who want to take their existing skincare regimen to the next level. With in-depth ingredient and product-pairing education, you’ll learn how to build an effective AM-to-PM regimen, master layering techniques, and deepen your understanding of ingredients to support your skin’s evolving needs.

As Seen On Social | 10-20 minutes
An interactive session that explores some of the most-talked-about techniques using our bestselling formulations, like Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner and Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 (with Ceramides). With expert guidance, you’ll discover how The Ordinary favourites can fit seamlessly into your everyday regimen.

Regimen Follow-Up | 20 minutes
