Their Persian menu offers dishes packed with flavour, created by their all-female team, supporting refugee and immigrant women seeking careers in the catering industry. Delivering cooking that’s as inspirational as their concept, the Lavanghe Chicken and Persian Halloumi are not to be missed.

 

High Mood Food

Summer eating gets a reboot at High Mood Food, The Kitchens’ new health food concept with a unique focus on fermentation. Their nutritious, seasonal + vegcentric menu, from co-founder and chef, Joey O’Hare, is packed with the beneficial live bacteria of fermented foods such as their Krauts, Kimchis, + living dressings, prioritising gut health. Salads are bold, generous and enticing, and you’ll feel like you’re doing your body a favour.

Good Mood Matcha

Joining our excellent coffee options and Yifang Tea is Good Matcha. Founder Max Cheong sources only the tastiest leaves from an independent, family run tea farm in Uji in Kyoto, inspired by the health benefits of daily matcha. Summer sees them serving up seasonal specials of Matcha Lemonade and Iced Watermelon Matcha, alongside their classic Flat Green and Iced Matcha Latte.

Pleasant Lady Trading

Jian Bing are not only China’s favourite street food – watching theses crepes being artfully created is practically a spectator sport. Fresh from opening their much talked about hatch in Soho, Pleasant Lady Trading have taken up residence in The Kitchens, with founder Z at the helm. As is customary, each order is made fresh – the dough batter is crisped on the traditional hot plate until golden brown, an egg is cracked, a nutty sauce is layered, before fresh vegetables and herbs are added, along with optional meaty morsels of lamb, pork, or chicken.

Wheelcake Island

Wheelcake Island’s mission is to transport their favourite childhood snacks from the streets of Taiwan to London, delivering tasty, authentic flavours. These soft, moist, fluffy Taiwanese pancakes come with a choice of creamy fillings – including adzuki bean, chocolate, matcha and vanilla custard. Check out their summer special filling of Oreo cookie before it’s gone.
