ESSENTIAL Summer Eats
It's sun's out new menus out here at the Market as June sees a surge of UNMISSABLE seasonal specials from our traders. Come hungry!
The New Yorker at Melt
Since opening their stall at the start of the year, Melt have had people lining up to feast on their massive cheese toasties.
This summer sees them levelling up with a new menu addition guaranteed to turn some heads… The New Yorker.
It features 10 hour smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, pickles, Emmental cheese and mayo in artisan sourdough bread, along with a French dressing dunk pot.
We’ll see you in line!
Peach Cooler at Humble Crumble
If like us, you live for a new Humble Crumble special, this summer’s creation will have you running on over.
Their Summer Peach Cooler is a seasonal spin on their comforting crumble, boasting refreshing peaches infused with brown sugar and fresh mint served chilled and topped with your choice of crumble.
Perfect with cold or frozen custard on a warm day.
Maldon Oysters at Funky Cellar
Funky Cellar’s brand new summer menu is a nod to the very best of summer holiday dining.
While it’s hard to pick a favourite, we’re most excited about their Maldon Oyster platters, featuring these wonderfully luxurious seafood treats from just over in Essex.
Fans of their cheese boards, don’t panic, there’s still all sorts of dairy delights to choose from.
Michael’s Chicken Sandwich at Crunch London
Brand new to the Market this June are Crunch, serving up experimental brioche sandwiches.
Naturally, you’ll want to work your way through their entire menu, but we would recommend starting with their Michael’s Chicken Sandwich.
Having *had to* sample it for research purposes, we can confirm it’s one serious sandwich.
Wallet Pizza at Sud Italia
A concept fresh from the streets of Naples, Wallet Pizza has landed in East London thanks to Sud Italia.
This now-viral dish is that same great Neapolitan Sud Italia pizza, simply folded, for ease of eating.
A game changer when it comes to food on the go.
Korean Fried Shrimp at Shrimpy
Shrimpy… but make it spicy!
You can now experience your favourite fried prawns from shrimpy, but with a Korean twist.
Be warned: these Gochujang sauced bad boys may well be addictive.
