We’re delighted to announce the arrival of Charity Super.Mkt at Old Spitalfields Market and just in time for Christmas.  Co-founded by Maria Chenoweth, CEO of Trade UK and Wayne Hemingway MBE, this charity shop of dreams is an award winning concept for social and environmental good and the UK’s first and only multi brand charity department store.

They’ve curated the most incredible mix of pre loved fashion, and you’ll find the labels you covet for less. The best bit is 80% of your money goes directly to charity.

Brining together many of the things we care about, this concept store actively reduces carbon emissions and avoids new production of clothes by selling only second-hand fashion, but it also raises lots and lots of money for charity.

Since 2022 Charity Super.Mkt has raised £2.98 million and we expect that this Spitalfields store will help that total tick over the £3 million mark by Christmas.  They’ve worked with over 50 charities who do amazing things both globally and locally such as hospices that provide end of life care, charities that tackle homelessness, research into life threatening illnesses , sustainable farming, the care of children and animals and so much more!
