Perry’s specialises in handmade bacon, sausages and sausage making classes.
Perry started out working as a salesman in Smithfield Meat Market at age 17 before going on to train as a butcher and master sausage maker at The Ginger Pig, HG Walter and The Small Herd.
It was at these prestigious butchers that Perry honed his skills in the art of sausage making, aiming to bring you traditional British flavours as well as some more exciting and unusual recipes and he now brings them to the Market.
