GAIL’s Bakery

Having started as an artisan wholesale bakery for London’s top chefs and restaurants, GAIL’s opened their first bakery for customers in London’s Hampstead High Street in 2005.

The rest, as they say, is history, with GAIL’s now boasting 79 bakeries in neighbourhoods in and around London, Oxford, Brighton and beyond.

Their fresh, handmade bread, pastries, cakes and coffee are an exciting addition to the Market, keeping visitors and traders fed and caffeine-fuelled seven days a week.
