Ahi Poké co-founders and childhood friends Jeremy Coste, Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche bring their
signature burst of sunshine to Old Spitalfields Market, with a Californian-fuelled take on Pacific pokè, packed with fresh, sustainable ingredients.
Having first discovered poké during their travels through California, they opened the first Ahi Poké in Fitzrovia on Percy in June 2016, before opening in Victoria Nova, a year later in June 2017.
Their fresh outlook on the traditional Hawaiian raw-fish dish features flavours mapping Asia and South America, with Michelin-trained, Executive Chef Jeremy, creating a menu centred on ethically sourced fish and vibrant, fresh vegetables from local suppliers.
