The Mercantile London Winter Social
To tie in with the Voices of East Market Festival on Wednesday 13th December, The Mercantile London will be spending the day sharing, caring and giving in the store for their Winter Social.
As well as having a big discount offer in store, all day and into the evening they will be giving free mini massages, styling sessions, gift wrapping, homemade cakes, warm drinks, mini manis, and offering help with your Christmas shopping, plus advice on social media, photography and running a small business.
In exchange they are asking that you also give a little back, by bringing something with you into the store.
You can donate an old coat or two for their Shelter coat rail or create a First Love Shopping Bag, by simply pulling together a packet of biscuits, a tin of fruit, conditioner or washing powder to donate to the Tower Hamlets charity, who work in the borough with the highest level of child poverty and donating the right items to this charity transforms lives. They will also be collecting warm winter wear, to be delivered along with blankets to refugees in Calais by Mercantile team member Lucy.
