Spitalfields Walking Tours – The Cockney Sikh’s Backyard

24 and 25 May

Born in 1962 and raised in Princelet Street thereafter, there is no one better to show you around the streets of Spitalfields than Suresh Singh aka the Cockney Sikh.

Meeting just inside the Brushfield Street entrance of Old Spitalfields Market at 11am, Suresh will take you to Chai Guys where there will be an opportunity to fuel for the walk with one of their delicious Chai’s.

The tour will take you through the neighbouring Huguenot streets of Puma Court and Fournier Street, up Brick Lane to Truman Brewery, through Lamb Street and Artillery Passage before returning to Old Spitalfields Market.

Tour timings: 11am – 1pm

Cost: £5 with a option to exchange your ticket for a drink or pastry from Chai Guys.
