Pilates Fundamental Workshop at SOMA

Join Vanessa at SOMA for a Pilates workshop to maintain your core stability and keep your spine healthy. Pilates is a system that focuses on postural alignment, motor awareness and on deep abdominal muscles engagement to keep the body balanced, strong, and flexible.

This open level workshop teaches you the fundamental Classical Pilates exercises for strength and mobility and how to release tightness through stretching and movement.

Learn tips to modify and progress a selection of spinal exercises, so that you can achieve greater benefits while keeping injury risk low.
