January is a great time for making goals: particularly long-term goals, that will improve your whole life.

In the first of our ‘Bulletproof 2018’ talks you will discover:

  • Why some of the goals you have set in the past didn’t work
  • How to design meaningful, fulfilling goals that help you achieve what you really want. Different personality types need to set goals in different ways, so you will get a better understanding of yourself, the types of goals it is possible to set and the ones that will be most suited to and effective for you personally.
  • How to build and implement and effective plan to achieve what you really want.
  • Different ways to get the support you need to make sure you stick to your plan and see it through.
