Big Green Egg MasterClass: Flank x Duncan Ray (Little Fish Market)
On the 5th of February Tom Griffiths invites Duncan Ray from his 3 AA rosette award winning restaurant The Little Fish Market in Hove to Flank in The Kitchens at Old Spitalfields Market, for a masterclass in collaboration with Big Green Egg on Fish.
This class will feature key skills in fish preparation and how to cook over fire. Duncan will also be showcasing a masterclass dish from his restaurant.
Ticket are priced at £45 (plus booking free) include drinks on arrival, goodie bag to take home and 2 hours of cooking and skills class and a nice bit of food at the end.
